Dorothy was one of the most genuinely "concerned about others" person I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. She wrote a beautiful newsletter letter for our church in every issue I ever read, and the "Shalom" at the end of each letter always made me pause and think about her wise and often funny words, and how lucky we were to have her to do this each newsletter. She kept us in touch with everyone. Both she and Jack were gracious hosts and helped me many times. I will miss her way of connecting and sharing. She had a ready smile, yet she gave careful and serious consideration to every conversation. I send my deepest sympathy to her daughter and extended family. Jean Hull
