I was deeply saddened to hear about Chris's passing. When I started out in real estate, he was one of the first people to lend a hand, and I’ll always be grateful for his guidance during those early days.

Chris had a great sense of humor—he could lighten even the heaviest moments. But more than that, he had a good heart and a strong moral compass. He seemed to always find himself on the right side of things.

We didn’t always agree when it came to business, but those small differences never once changed the admiration I had for him as a man and as a father. His pride in his two daughters was evident in everything he did. You could tell they were his world.

Chris was, above all else, a genuinely good guy. He’d help you out no matter what, and that’s something I’ll always remember about him. He will be missed.

My thoughts are with his family and everyone who was lucky enough to know him.

I was so sad to have heard the news of Chris's passing. We worked together in the Stamford office for many years and he was always there if I needed any help or guidance. We certainly had some laughs and enjoyed each others sense of humor and company. Chris cherished his daughters, was so very proud of them and often shared news as to what they were doing. I am so sorry for your families loss. I worked with Chris from 2011 to 2020 at CB Timberland. We did not always see eye to eye in real estate but he still was a very caring person and always spoke very highly of his daughters he was very proud of them. Chris was there for me in a very difficult time in my life and I will always be grateful for that. He would sometimes call or text me just to check on me and to ask how I was doing. He will be missed. My deepest sympathy for your loss.

I am so sorry for your loss...I really liked Chris....we met him when we were looking for our house....which he sold us back in 2008. We stayed in touch when we were out and about since. Please accept my condolences.....I will miss his smiling face!
