I am so sorry to learn this. So many memories when she and her husband had the Dairy Farm. May she rest in peace.

Linda and I attended school together at Delaware Academy and graduated in 1964. I’ve spoken via phone with Linda over the years to encourage her to attend one or more of our class reunions. My last call was about one week ago and I left a voicemail message asking her to call back and urging her to attend our 60th Class Reunion on 8/24. We go back many years and I knew her wonderful parents and family. I worked on her sister, Mary and late husband, Bill Inman’s, farm two or three summers to help with haying.

Whenever I spoke with Linda, she proudly told me about her volunteer work at the food pantry in Oneonta. She told me that it brought her great pleasure to do that, despite the long drive from the old homestead in Lake Delaware.

Rest in peace Linda - you will be missed. God Bless.

I appreciate all the fun times, meals and love I received at her house when I was a kid. Great memories.

I have been a friend of Linda for over 30 years. We even share the same birthday. I met Linda when she lived in the Cobleskill area. We hit it off the first time we met. Who wouldn’t like Linda with her great personality. Linda was a hard worker and had a heart of gold. Always willing to help others and put herself last. If she came to cobleskill area she would stop by and we have visited her a few times. We tried to call each other once a month. She always told me that after she retired she wanted to move back to mom’s house. She fulfilled her dream. Although she had tough going she always made it work. That’s Linda. She never got farming out of her blood. She loved her animals. Especially her two enormous pigs and her goats!! They brought her so much joy and peace. May she Rest In Peace. I know she is so happy to see her sons again. I will truly miss her voice
