Obituary of John T. Seward

John T. Seward, 61, of Delhi, passed away suddenly at his home on Monday, May 2, 2022.

Born on September 10, 1960 in Landstuhl, Germany, John is the son of John W. Seward and the late Gisela (Milz) Seward.

John was a talented carpenter and was a local contractor for many years. 

He was an avid outdoorsman; John had a passion for fishing. He also enjoyed hunting, golf, softball and playing “rings”.  John loved his family and was a dedicated father, proud grandfather, loving son and brother.

Besides his mother: John was predeceased by his son: Dylan J. Seward.

He is survived by his father: John W. (Joann) Seward of GA; daughters: Katelyn (John Cianciullo) Seward of Bloomville and Emily Fairbairn of Delhi; brother: William Seward of GA; stepsister: Cassie Carmichael of GA; grandchild: Oliver and one expected soon; mother of his children: Bethany Fairbairn of Delhi; along with several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends that were considered family.

A celebration of John’s life will be announced.
