Condolences
I didn't know Ralph well, but for several years, he came by to clean my classroom in the high school at Delaware Academy and we would often chat as he cleaned. He impressed me to be a good man and a hard worker. I am very sorry for your loss.
I will always remember Ralph's unselfish deeds of companionship and transportation that he provided for my Father ( Leonard C Riddell ). Ralph was always there to take my Father to the Vetrans Hospital, in Albany, NY, for his numerous appointments. At the time, Ralph was in almost the same perdicument, health wise, as my Father. Ralph had his own cross to bear, both financially and physically. He never asked for anything in return and always asked when he could help again. Ralph's passing has left a void in the lifes of many, including mine.
My sincerest heart felt sympathy goes out to Lou's family. Knew Ralph for many years, and even worked with him when I lived up on Huff Rd. I still laugh about some of the stunts he pulled when we were out pulling tree tops out of the woods to cut up for fire wood. He was a joy to work with and a little scary too, at the same time. Nick Baldassano also sends his deepest sympathy to you all, he knew Lou longer than I did and has some older memories as well. We wish the family well, and for Loretta, I haven't seen you in so long, your father lived a great life and everyone one that knew him enjoyed being around him. Linda and Nick
My heartfelt sympathy goes out to the entire family. So sorry for your loss.
