Obituary of Fred A. Rosscoe

STAMFORD Frederic A. Rosscoe, III, 58, of Stamford, died Tuesday, March 26, 2013 at home in Stamford. He was born January 30, 1955 in Jewish Memorial Hospital, Manhattan, the son of Frederic, II, and Martha Jean (Marano) Rosscoe. He married Cathy Bylina on October 20, 1984. A retired sales representative and 20 year resident, Fred served as a US Marine. He was a member of the Disabled American Veterans. He is survived by his wife, Cathy Rosscoe; 2 daughters Jeannelle Shaver and Melissa Walch Ko; grandchildren, Madeline, Gabrielle, Colton, Nolan and Ella; 2 brothers, Raymond and Jane Rosscoe, and James and Carolyn Rosscoe; 2 sisters, Mary and Steve Diefendorf, and Lorraine and Neal VanSlyke; and nieces and nephews, Steve, Kristine, Kyrie, Luke, and Vanessa. A private memorial service will take place at the convenience of the family. Contributions in his memory are asked to be made to the Heart of the Catskills Humane Society, PO Box 88, Delhi, NY 13753.
