Obituary of Gerda Olbrich

MEREDITH Gerda "Oma" Olbrich, 85, of Meredith, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 17, 2013 at Skywold Manor in Meredith. Born in Germany on March 6, 1928, Gerda moved to Delaware County to be closer to family after her husband George passed away in 1996. Friends are invited to greet the family on Saturday, December 21, 2013 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at the MacArthur Funeral Home, Delhi. A burial and memorial service will take place in the spring at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory are asked to be made to The Heart of The Catskills Humane Society, PO Box 88, Delhi, NY 13753.
