Condolences
Saw this today and just wanted to share a story I will never forget. I was new to Delaware county and driving on a wet September early morning over twenty years ago. I was going to fast for a city girl, down that horrific Scotch mountain road when I lost control of the ugly extended cab HUGE truck I was driving at the time. How I wasn't killed is still a miracle to me.
Over the side of the road I went and mercifully the Eighmeys were on their way to church. Floyd calmed me down and took me to O'Connor.
Thanks Floyd. RIP.
To Valorie,Jack, and family. We are so sorry to hear about the loss of your father. He was a wonderful man who will not be forgotten. Sitting on his porch or helping children cross the street, he always had a friendly wave and smile, everyone was his friend. Our sympathies.
Our thoughts a Prayers go out to the Eighmey Family. May your Heart remain full of Memories
So sorry for your loss. Thoughts & Prayers from the Boyle Family.
TO THE EIGHMEY FAMILY SO SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS. PRAYERS ARE SENT YOUR WAY. BARBARA MONGE
Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family. Floyd picked up our milk for many years. Always was great at his work and we enjoyed his conversations while the milk was being pumped on. Wally always said no one could back the tractor-trailer in like he did. God bless!
I played softball with Floyd on the old Delhi teams. We were the oldest players still trying to keep up with the young guys. We were both in our 50's when we gave it up. I'll never for get the stories Floyd told and even the young guys would stop to hear. All my condolences to the family. I will miss you Floyd and we will play ball again in heaven.
My deepest condolences to his family. So sorry for your loss. From one old milk truck driver to another he will be missed. May he rest in peace. Will miss him.
Sincerely, Dick Lutz
