Our hearts and prayers are with Gary's family. Gary was a very good person and well liked by his friends. I personally will miss seeing Gary everyday here at the NYS Veterans Home at Oxford. Gary and I became good friends. Gary enjoyed hearing about what was going on around Delhi and Delaware County. He will be greatly missed.
