Frank was a wonderful neighbor, an unassuming "salt of the earth" guy who could be relied on. Always ready to lend a hand as needed, he assisted me in countless ways during the 40 years I knew him. He loved living on a quiet country road and greatly enjoyed sitting in his backyard surrounded by hills and fields watching deer, turkeys, and other wildlife. An expert gardener, he rose at 4:30 AM to water the plants before he drove to work. He did his best to keep the local deer population under control. A muscular, blue-eyed blonde, he once went to a party dressed as Crocodile Dundee, slinging his girlfriend over his shoulder. Frank will be remembered as a good son, good brother, good cousin, good neighbor, and good friend.
