Condolences
So sorry to hear about John. He was such a a great man. Our condolences to his entire family. Hugs Dawn Tompkins & Steve Gardepe
I have fond memories of this wonderful man from my childhood. My grandparents had met him when he traveled back and forth from Seaford to Bloomville for many years. He drove me home from their house in Bloomville to my house in Massapequa. On a couple of his trips back in a van with some of his children. I was fortunate enough to visit with him a couple of years ago and we reminisced about the family and people we knew. We lost track of time and I hated to leave. I had forgotten about the cupcakes in my car that had melted because I enjoyed our visit so much. My deepest condolences to his family and friends. RIP. John. You are with your wife and the angels in heaven now.
Our deepest sympathy are with Johns family. We are very sorry for your loss. May God bless him and his family. Our hearts and prayers are with you.

My condolences to John's family and friends. He was a real achiever and was granted a long life to accomplish more than most people. He will certainly be missed by many.
My family lived next door to the woznick's and so enjoyed many years of his friendship and construction expertise, as I know other neighbors did as well, building garages and all sorts of needs in a fledgling new suburban neighborhood. He'd come by in the evenings with his locomotive hat and toothpick never Sat in a chair but squatted as he talked with my parents who adored him. They had been talking about wide ing the kitchen and one day he came by with a sledge hammer and put a whole in the wall to get things moving. If you look in the dictionary under good Samaritan you'll find his picture. God bless you Mr Woznick... Joseph Guggino
I have never met a more kind, caring & loving man. His kind are few & far between. Sending God’s blessings & much love to the whole family♥️
I spent many summer days at his home, playing with my cousin Pat. It was a happy place to be. One hot summer day, John was mowing the field and the tractor backfired setting the field on fire. He drove to the fire house, pulled the alarm, wrote “brush fire at Woznick” then he took a fire truck by himself and rushed to save the property. He could do anything!!!
