I was so sorry to hear about Butch! We communicated occasionally on Facebook and shared some photos!

I am so glad you shared the graveside service! I was a lovely tribute to a great guy! I have so many memories of the good old days in Hamden! Hamden has really changed and don’t know many people still living there.

Mr MacNaught was such an inspirational History teacher at Downsville HS, NY. We had such fun travelling to Europe as well. I will always remember him and my sincere condolences to all his families.

We are so sorry for Macs passing, condolences to Skip and the family. We didn’t know him long but really enjoyed his stories and his sense of humor. I know how he enjoyed our get togethers and he was a trooper with his go anywhere chair. Thanks for the memories Mac you are missed.

I am so grateful for the opportunities I had to get to know Mac during his afternoon visits. He truly loved Delaware County and reveled in his memories of all the people who had touched his life there. He had a rich life with many happy memories. I will miss having him over at our house.

So sorry to hear about Mr. MacNaught. He was my high school social studies teacher at Downsville Central School where he taught for many years. I remember him jumping on our desks in kindergarten playing a prank on our teacher. He was a great history teacher and gave me my love for history. He encouraged each of his students to do well. So blessed to have known and had him as a teacher. Blessings to his family and friends.
