Obituary of Rosemary Marschilok

Rosemary T. Marschilok, 75, of Stamford, passed away on Saturday evening, May 6, 2023 with her loved ones by her side. 

Born on June 24, 1947 in Brooklyn, Rosemary was the daughter of Jacob and Rosemary (Bauer) Olsen.

She was a graduate of Holy Trinity Grammar School in Perth Amboy, NJ and was a 1965 graduate of East Brunswick High School in NJ. 

Rosemary worked as a receptionist at Bassett Heath Center in Delhi until her retirement. 

She was a devoted mother and proud grandmother and great-grandmother. Rosemary was an incredibly hard working woman that put her heart into all that she accomplished. She will truly be missed but her family can find comfort in knowing she is pain free and has been called home. 

Rosemary was predeceased by her father: Jacob Olsen.

She is survived by her mother: Rosemary Olsen of N. Brunswick, NJ; four children: Rosemary Alwine of Delhi, Janet (Randy) Roe of Hobart, Jamie (Lauralee) Marschilok of Hobart and Danielle (Andy) Mattice of South Kortright; nine grandchildren: Justine (Jeff) Gorsch of East Meredith, Connor Alwine of Delhi, Michael Roe of North Carolina, Joshua (Kaela) Roe of Stamford, Lindsey Roe of Clinton, Chazz Reeves of Hobart, Jalyn Marschilock of Hobart, Cody Mattice of South Kortright and Dylan Mattice of South Kortright; great-granddaughter: Kylee Rose Alwine; a sister: Janet Olsen of N. Brunswick, NJ; along with several nieces, nephews and cousins. 

At Rosemary’s request there will be no calling hours or services.
