Obituary of Winifred Ann Sebastian

Winifred Ann Sebastian, 81, passed away peaceful on Sunday September 18, 2022, at her home on Brownell Road. 

Born on September 13, 1941, in Brooklyn, Ann was the daughter of Dominick and Winifred P (Kelly) Sacco.

She married the love of her life Peter A Sebastian in New York City on September 12, 1964.  Ann raised her two sons and then worked for Astrocom Electronics in Colliersville, where she retired from after 25 years and made many friends whom she kept in contact with.

Her greatest joy was her family, Ann was a dedicated wife, loving mother, and proud grandmother. She loved spending time with her grandchildren, great grandchildren and her nieces and nephews. Besides her parents and in-laws, she was predeceased by a sister Donna Huebner and her sister in-law Jocelyn Sacco.

Ann is survived by her loving husband Peter of 58 years and her children: Dominick (Marie) Sebastian of Delhi, and Louis (Jennifer) Sebastian of Jefferson; Six grandchildren Meaghan (David) Sebastian-Scully, Marcy (Josh) Sutton, Nikki Sebastian (Mark), Brittany Savage (Trisha), Ryan (Carol) Lapp and Izabelle Sebastian; four great grandchildren: Blake Ann, Tucker, Charlotte, and Myles; her siblings: Patricia Sacco and John (Divina) Sacco; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. She had many friends that were dear to her heart, that she spoke of with love and kindness especially Dawn and Diane Strader.

Calling hours will be held 4:00 to 7:00 pm on Monday, October 10, 2022 at MacArthur Funeral Home, 134 Main Street, Delhi. A Mass will be held at 11:00 am on, Tuesday, October 11 at St. Peter’s Church, Cross Street, Delhi. Burial at Riverside Cemetery, Bloomville will follow with a reception to follow at the Bloomville Fire Dept.
