Justin, Nick and Sam,
Tell him I love him and always will. He was my friend and that meant so much to me. I have a picture for you of him holding a newborn Justin that I’ll get to you. I wanted to be there tonight but it’s not working out. Good-bye my friend!!
Rhonda I am so sorry for your loss. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Barbara Jordan
My condolences to Mark's family and friends. I had the pleasure of working with him at DMV . May you find strength in each other at this difficult time.
Mark was a great friend and co-worker. I enjoyed our trips to the city during our union days. Spending time with Mark and his grandkids at my house in the pool are times I will remember always. We shared many good times and laughs. I will miss him. David Soroka
We're so sorry to hear that Mark is no longer with us. We enjoyed working with him and his family in Boy Scouts. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
To the Roe Family I am so sorry for your loss. Mark was a great person He will be greatly missed by all that knew him.
Wishing all the members of Mark's 'Circle' the strength & courage it will take to navigate around the gaping hole his absence creates. It will take time... be open to the idea of 'visits' or 'signs' that he isn't far off. I have no doubt he will remain as close as The Universe allows. Try to invoke his sense of practical, straightforward thinking in approaching each day. He'll be walking beside you.... ❤
Sending my sincerest condolences. Praying for the family. Mark was such a passionate caring man who loved his family . He always had stories to tell. Reminding everyone he was a true cowboy. Rip- Mark
So sorry for you all, Mark was a great friend and we enjoyed his visits to our home. He truly loved his family and enjoyed talking about them. We enjoyed watching him with the twins Jordan and Carter and spending time with them playing on the front lawn.
Dear Roe Famliy,
During my 17 year tenure at DMV I got to know Mark as an honest, straightforward and plain spoken guy who, as a shop steward stood for the people and ideas he represented. He even travelled to Holland to fight for the rights of his colleagues.
It was a pleasure to talk to him when I wanted to get something changed in the plant. If I had Mark on my side, his colleagues would follow.
It was always a treat during the company gatherings when he started to sing his favorite country songs. He was a little shy to do so but he showed some real talent there.
I am saddened to hear of his passing at such a young age and wish his family all the strength they need to get through this difficult period.

Can't believe it. Such a great guy he will be missed by so many. R.I.P my friend.
I am heart broken over Mark's loss.
He was the kindest, happiest, fun to be around, good hearted, full of spirit person.
I will miss our chats.
I will forever play the tambourine and think of him when I share it. My heart, love and prayers go out to his family, Rhonda and all his dear friends that he called family.
See ya on the other side, Cowboy. Til then, I will miss you.
