Obituary of Mary A. Scheetz

Mary A. Scheetz, 81, of Stamford, formerly of Long Island, passed away on Saturday, afternoon, December 18, 2021 at Robinson Terrace in Stamford.

Born on September 22, 1940 in Highland Park, IL, she was the daughter of the late Leo Scheetz and Garnette Isham

She worked as a zone training manager for South End Corp. in Long Island prior to her retirement.

Mary was a gifted artist and enjoyed drawing, painting, and sculpting, she also like to refinish furniture.

Beside her parents, Mary was predeceased by her son: Robert Granger; and sisters Sondra and Canielle.

She is survived by two daughters: Laura Granger and Kira (Aris) Lendo; daughter in law: Karen Granger; grandchildren: Anthony, Nicholas, Emily, Daniel, Olivia, Mary, Dylan, Jory and Caleb; great-grandchildren: Harper, Emma and Hazel; sister: Johnette Isham; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

A celebration of Mary’s life will be held a time and date to be announced.
