Betty was the most supportive and caring person I’ll ever know. She was rich with integrity and raised her son to grow up possessing the same strong character. She would help anyone in need that she could, holding a genuine respect for people and animals alike. In our conversations over the years she never dwelled on her illness. A few days prior to her passing we spoke on her Birthday joking and laughing about times gone by…that was our Betty. She will be in my memory every day, missed and loved forever.
Dear Dick and family. I just heard of your loss and want to give my condolences. I met Betty volunteering with the Heart of the Catskills. She was always so upbeat and enjoyed people. My prayers are with you as this has been a long hard path for you and her. Dick, I have admired your stedfast dedication to your wife and how you are an example of loving through the hard times. I pray your difficult memories will be soon replaced by the wonderful memories of the good times as you lean on friends and family and share those good memories.
My deepest condolences to Dick, and to my son-in-law Rick and daughter Sarah. And to Rich's brothers Todd and Scott and their families. You've lost a source of joy and a real spark plug. May she find peace. Betty Lynn Moulton

Dear Dick and family-I am so sorry that I will be unable to attend the memorial services on Sat 12/18 due to a prior out of town family engagement-I even begged off going to Pet Smart in Kingston as I normally do most Saturdays. While I will not be there, please know I will keep you in my thoughts. Having lost my mom 2 years ago close to the holidays, I understand how hard it is to be going through such a loss at this time of year.
Dick and family......my sincere condolences to you all. I feel that Betty and I were privileged to know Betty over several years. What a wonderful gal !
