Obituary of Michael T. Green

Michael T. Green of Laurens passed away unexpectedly early Saturday morning, July 10, 2021 at Chestnut Park in Oneonta.

Born on January 20, 1962 in Buffalo, Michael was the son of the late Raymond G. and Ruth (Kolb) Green.

Michael worked as Produce Manager at the Price Chopper Market in Oneonta for several years.

He was a skilled mechanic, woodworker and loved working outdoors.  He was always fixing or building something.  Michael also enjoyed keeping up on current events, often he was found watching the news.

Michael is survived by his wife: Tricia Green of Laurens; son: Michael J. Green of Laurens; stepdaughter: Christi Vanderwarker of Sherburne; sisters: Mary (Chuck) Cardillo of Hamden, Ellen (Glen) Moore of South New Berlin and Patricia (David) Monaghan of Wolfsboro, NH; brothers-in-law: Travis Jeffers of Afton and Thomas Jeffers, Jr. of Harpursville; nieces and nephews: Skylar (David) Gallentine, Colby Moore, Michael Cardillo, Troy Jeffers and Elijah Jeffers; and several cousins.

Graveside services will be held at 11AM on Saturday, July 17, 2021 at the Hamden Cemetery, Hamden.
