We will always remember Mary Jane with fondness and sincere thanks for all she did. She was a teacher par excellence, and two of our children were blessed to get their great starts with Mary Jane as their kindergarten teacher. In her retirement I came to know her personally through bridge, her work with the Historical Society, and our shared convictions about life.

Delhi and Delaware County and countless individuals have been blessed that she lived among us.

Rest in peace, dear Mary Jane. Yours was indeed a life well lived. ❤️

Mary Jane was the first teacher I ever had. She was wonderful. My best memory though was how happy my mom would be to see her at the hair salon. They always got their hair cut at the same time. And when my mom only had a couple days left to live, Mary Jane came to see her. That meant a lot to mom. And it meant a lot to me.

A wonderful and caring teacher. My sympathies to all her family.

Mary Jane had a personality like no other. She was my kindergarten teacher and then she had my two children, Her laughter filled the room. She was great friends with my mom Carol Farley. They would talk on the phone and play bridge together. Every time I saw her she had a smile and a hug. I know she will be greatly missed. Our Condolences Lisa and Todd. Mrs. Henderson was a lovely lady and a great Kindergarten Teacher. I had the opportunity to shadow In Her classroom when I was taking Childcare back in 1977/78. She will be greatly missed.
