Obituary of Jeff Ploutz
Jeff Ploutz, 59, of Jefferson, passed away tragically at his home with his close family by his side on May 4th, 2020.
He was born August 12th, 1960 and he definitely lived his life to the fullest.
Jeff spent 25 love filled years with his soulmate, Beck. They loved each other very much and anyone around them knew that. Together they had three beautiful daughters, Kaitlin, 23, Bailey (Bail), 20 and Alexis,15.
Jeff was an absolutely amazing father who would do absolutely anything for his kids. Jeff was an avid outdoorsman and he made sure to instill that into his daughter, Bail. Jeff loved spending time with his loved ones and he made sure there was never a dull moment. He was so kind and loving, so easy to talk to, a very hard worker and a very good jokester with an infectious laugh. Jeff made sure to never miss a hunting season with his mini version, Bail. They did everything together and he made sure that she’s exactly like him in every single way. Jeff also enjoyed spending time with his youngest daughter, Alexis. They enjoyed taking truck rides and cracking jokes together. He loved his big ole truck, his motorcycle, his dogs, his guns, having bonfires, 62 Chevy Impalas, working on things, talking about his adventures as a young man and most importantly, his family. He loved spending time with his nephew Matt Terk very much. He thought of Matt as his own son. Jeff leaves behind many friends who he cared about deeply. He also leaves behind his older siblings, Vicki Terk, Lisa Ploutz-Key, Nelta Bauries, Diane Reed and Steve Ploutz.
He will be forever missed by all.
