Obituary of David B. Clark

David B. Clark, 45, went to be with the lord at Fox Hospital, Oneonta early Wednesday morning, January 15, 2020, following a short but courageous battle with cancer. Born on May 2, 1974 in Norwich, he was the son of Paul and Patricia (Snyder) Clark. David was a tractor trailer truck driver and last drove for Gerster Trucking in Davenport until recently his illness forced his early retirement. David could often be found driving with his K-9 companion Derg Diesel. He was married to beloved wife Kimberly Mondore Clark on May 11, 2013, she passed away on April 16, 2018. Besides his wife, David was predeceased by his father: Paul Raymond Clark; and a sister: Kathleen Ann Clark. David is survived by his mother: Patricia Clark; brother: Joseph (Lorraine) Clark; sisters: Colleen (George) Lindroth and Bernadette (Bill) VanBuren; nieces: Nicole (Brian) Davis and Jessica VanBuren; nephews: Travis (Kardre) VanBuren, Joshua (Charlotte) Clark, Tyler (Lacey Bice) Clark; several grand-nieces & nephews; stepsons: Michael (Lena) and Joseph (Jena) Kaufman; three granddaughters: Eliana, Addison and Madelyn Kaufman. Friends and relatives are invited to call on the family from 5-7PM on Monday, January 20, 2020 at the MacArthur Funeral Home, 15 Buntline Drive, Stamford.
