Jane, Joni and family - I just would like to express my sincere condolences of your dad's passing. Jim convinced me to be his assistant on the Hamden Cemetery Association for many years and I became friends to him and his lovely wife Lois. I knew Jim through Chester and Vera Scott who lived across the street from him and whom he helped throughout the years. Jim was a very sincere person who would help anyone in need and he will be greatly missed but now is resting in peace with Lois. It is and honor and great pleasure to have know such wonderful people.
So sorry for your loss. Jim was a awesome friend and client. He would always go out of his way to say hello no matter where he or his wife would see me around Delhi or Oneonta. He will be greatly missed in the community. RIP Jim. ❤️
So sorry to hear of the passing of Jim - he was so much fun to tease at TA's and will be missed. He is no longer suffering and is at peace with his lovely bride.
Jim will always hold a very, very special place in my heart. He was a wonderful neighbor growing up in DeLancey. I fondly remember going each December to pick out our Christmas tree and dragging it home. I also remember just popping in to visit he and Lois, and knowing that I would always be welcome, even as a pesky kid who lived down the street. I will miss seeing him in church and always being welcomed with a hug. DeLancey lost a wonderful soul. My deepest condolences to the whole family.
