So sorry to hear of Big Dave's passing. We worked together in O'Connor Hall back in the late 70's. He went out of his way to help me with my newly acquired home. He also hauled winter wood from Franklin to my house. He even came here to build stairs from my cellar to first floor. They still stand strong as he did. A real pleasure to have known Dave and know he will be deeply missed. I just learned of his passing - sorry I missed the calling hours. My best to Bev and the rest of the family.

Dave and I go bad many years at the college. Noontime Basketball, then Wally ball. Once a year we used to get a bunch of us and have dinner somewhere after we retired and talk about the old days.... Miss them dinners and BS sessions.

Unfortunately I will be out of town and cannot make services. Please be assured my heart will be there.

I am glad I got to see him a couple of times at the nursing home. (thanks for letting me know he was there.)

I am so sorry for you loss. I have fond memories of working at the college with Dave and when we worked in the union together. Find solace in you memories.

Dave use to come by O'Connor Hospital where I work and have his lunch. I will always remember our great discussions around government and sports and yes, he loved Larry Bird. I always called him Super Dave, as everyone knows he was a mountain of a man with the heart of a teddy bear. I consider his age young but, he truly lived a full life. I know my life was and is blessed by knowing him and calling him a friend. I miss our talks but will always have fond memories of them and of Dave.

My there be a special place at the Lord's table upon your arrival. There is no pain my friend, rest in peace.

God bless the whole family and now you are in my prayers.

David played a big part in our upbringing!

One of our “things” was as he drove through EM and I was out and about on foot or bycicle we would slap hands - early high 5. It would sting like crazy but couldn’t wait for the next one!

Our hearts and prayer's goes out to Beverly and the Fuller Family with our deepest sympathy. I will miss Dave as he was a good friend. He was a smart man who I enjoyed talking politics with while eating lunch with him at O'Connor Hospital. It was an honor to know him. May God bless Dave and his family.
