I was so sorry to learn of your mother's passing. I certainly remember her from my younger days in New Berlin. Please accept my condolences.

So sorry to hear of your mom's passing. We did not know until we saw it in the Norwich paper last week.

Debbie and I remember visiting your family on Eaton Ave. in Norwich and then at the farm in New Berlin for sledding, milking, playing in the hay mows or just having fun. In later years, your mom and dad would visit the funeral home and share memories with my mom and dad.

My mom, in her later years, would always ask about Joan and Connie Black...all of the democrat friends...

I was saddened to learn of Joan's death. We lived in the Town of Meredith for 45 years until we sold our old farm and moved to Lafayette, NY last year to be near our older daughter. I knew Joan best through the local Democratic Party. She was a wonderful public citizen, who served on the Town Board. My best wishes and condolences to Jim, who was the only other member of the family I knew.
