Adam--I did not know your mother, but I can see by the photos what a loving, creative, and beautiful person she was. Thinking about you and your family. xo, Kristen
To all the family-----I never knew Brenda well, but----knew she brought much happiness to Stu's life. They were a good match and helped each other through difficult times. They both left us much too early. I'm sorry she had a long illness. May she now rest in peace. I know you will all miss her, but have wonderful memories that will stay in your hearts forever. Bev
There are no words for the loss of this beautiful woman. Brenda had a big heart and always put everyone else first. For me personally she showed me what strength and not giving up was all about. When I was diagnosed with breast cancer she was one of the first people I talked to. I will cherish my memories of getting to know her always I love you all so much and feel your loss. She was an amazing addition to our family and what she and Stuart had was an amazing love story. All my love Bobbi

As the drama director, I worked with Brenda for a number of years as she worked with students to design and build the sets for two plays a year. She had a wonderful ease at working with students. She allowed their creative input as she realized the visual part of each play. She actually had a stage design class for a few semesters, and I marvelled at how excited she moved students to build, paint, etc. Brenda was very professional and yet also very down-to-earth with all of us. Her creativity and her openness to different ideas and opinions were the characteristics I most admired about her.
