Obituary of Mary E. Farucci

STAMFORD _ Mary E. Farucci, 82, passed away after a long illness at Robinson Terrace, Stamford, on Saturday, June 16, 2012. She was born in Somerset, Va., on Jan. 8, 1930. Mary moved to New York when she was 18 years old and married Louis Farucci in 1949. Louis passed away in 2009. She is survived by her daughter, Pam Farucci of Stamford; and a son, Joe Farucci of Somers. She has one grandchild, Christine of Scottsdale, Ariz. Christine was the love of her life and she felt blessed to have her. There are several nieces and nephews in White Plains and Virginia. In better days, Mary had a great sense of humor and loved to play cards. She loved cats and dogs and really enjoyed it when someone would bring their pet to the nursing home. Pam and Joe would like to thank those who loved, honored, respected and cared for her. You will always be in our hearts. She will be greatly missed by everyone who knew and loved her.
