Dear Nel and family was very sorry to hear about bill , I always talk about how much he helped us when we first moved up on the hill ,, and how much he made fun of me about being a city girl , and all the help he gave us when Jessie move to Binghamton and all the things that fell off the truck that worked so will in her new place ,, ,He was a little rough around the edges but a big giant teddy bear once you got to know him ,He will be miss by you all ,, RIP BILLY ,
