Condolences
What great laughter and fond memories of Donnie delivering feed to our farm in Bovina and helping him unload the truck. He will be truly missed. Our deepest sympathy to Betty and family. Ron & Pam Wright
God Bless Him, Will always remember those days we went hunting together, softball and working together. Larry
All our love to the family: Sid has many wonderful and great memories of Don....all the times hunting together, riding motorcycles with Red Brower, Fred Jacobs, riding in the winter on snowmobiles and getting into deviltry. Best of all the getting into the HARD CIDER....awwwww yes memories. I loved my time being with Betty during the boys escapades. Dearest Cousin Don, you will be greatly missed.
With deepest sympathy in the loss of Donald W. Reed. May he Rest In Peace.

I just loved my cousin Donnie. He'd come over to our farm in Bovina to "throw hay" with gusto and laughter. He looked forward to having dinner with us, but.."No onions Aunt Dot, I've got a date with Betty tonight!" I was only 6 or 7 and I'd watch him comb his hair just right before leaving the house - I thought he was SO handsome!
Then we see him again in deer season and he'd have a glass of hard cider with his Uncle Claudie - Donnie had a great giggle after a glass or so!
As I grew up and moved about the country, Donnie never failed to ask about me and always wanted to see me when I was back for a visit. This past May we did just that - shared stories and pictures and memories. It was a great and final togetherness.
My heart goes out to Betty, "the boys", Marge, and all the family. You all took such good care of Don and allowed him his death with respect and dignity. Semper Fi!
Love Always, Kathy and Thomas - from Oregon
